Does Your Reset Include Your Limiting Beliefs?
I'm still learning how to celebrate pivotal shifts in my life AND my consciousness.
Every Full Moon (Lunar cycle) is a time of realization, growth, and clarity; marking pivotal shifts in our consciousness and perspective.
As the lunar cycle reaches its peak, we begin to feel and see more glimmers instead of triggers around our work; which preps us to reap the fruits of our labor. At this time of the month, the light of the Sun fully illuminates the Moon, facilitating glimpses of insight and a deeper understanding of our emotional world. Are you even interested in a deeper understanding of YOU? A more easeful, open, receptive version of you?
: a few #gentlereminders (sacred inquiry) from my Sanctuary Newsletter
Whose responsibility is it to keep you in alignment?
Who is responsible for your joy?
How will you push past the conditioning the world has programmed within you that you don't have time -and ain't worth the time it takes to figure out what it feels like to allow God to show you a softer lens on yourself- let alone your life?
How will you commit to your rest?
where is your rest?
where is your reprieve?
when do we stop relying on our complaints and our resistance to the word 'soft' to justify why we defend our misery and shame others who are not afraid to figure out how to make room for a little more ease in each moment?!
Join me in my birthday regimen this month:
30 seconds tuning into your breath (3x in the morning, 6x in the afternoon, 9x in the evening before bed)
An hour without using your phone in the evening
Go for a short walk -every day. Doesn’t matter the location, even if it’s five laps around your home.
“This is SOFT living. Soft is not more feminine or vacations, it's more BEING.”
Here’s how I celebrate conscious shifts…. I acknowledge them. Make room for them. I spend time with them. ‘Them’ being the new patterns of thought, the exciting cravings, the unexpected invitations, and more attention to glimmers (green flags) and less defending of triggers. (‘Cause we really spend too much time defending why we should be hurt…). Remember, should means you are under someone else’s sovereignty.
: a final thought: I really believe that we can talk ourselves out of the very vibration we desire because we don’t feel safe with that expanded version of ourselves. That was me. This IS me, still. I didn’t know this version of Kira. But, how would I….. ?

"Ultimately, making love to life is a call to awaken to the fullness of our being and to embrace the interconnected nature of existence. It is a call to live with purpose, passion, and joy, and to recognize that every moment is a gift to be cherished and celebrated. Through this journey, we can come to experience the world as a sacred and interconnected web of life and to recognize the divine within ourselves and all beings. So here's your 'make love to life' protocol: Embrace the fullness of life. Connect with the Divine in a way that feels natural and not forced. Your connection will feel like ease and childhood wonder-like joy when your release the resistance as it comes up. Don't make a home in discomfort or distractions. Don't take everything personal! Observe more. Absorb less. See yourself as the mindful watcher witnessing versions of you interact with the key players in your life. Tell yourself, " I'm safe." Daily. Rinse. Repeat. Just Add Water.
